Sušárna zrnin Bühler - typ Eco Cool

The idea is based on the "dry aeration” principle. The pre-dried product is transferred (in an uncooled state) from the drier to the cooler with a moisture content of 17%, where the corn is kept at a controlled temperature for an extended period. The stored heat expels the water. Subsequent aeration in the cooling zone of the Eco Cool removes the residual moisture from the product. Energy consumption can be reduced by 20 % compared to conventional dryers.
