Water mower ESO-X5 is compact of boat, engine, gear mechanism, driving equipment, mowing mechanism, wind, seat, driving and operating mechanism, covers and handrail.

Boat

• welded structure of steel closed profile and mantle of steel metal plates. For easy footing of machine upon lifting equipment are suspension glims on boat.

Engine

• diesel four-stroke engine with direct fuel injection. Air cooling into ventilator. Pressure pasting by the help of mechanical pump. Eccentrical regulator of speed. Starting of engine by the help of el. starting gear. Replenishing of accumulator battery. The engine is identified for heavy operation.

Gear mechanism

• Mechanical gear-box - three gears ahead and one gear return.

• Mechanical multi-plate dry clutch.

• Gears of traction of driving – double chain wheels, chain DUPLEX spindle of drive of vaned wheels.

• Gears of drive of mowing mechanismí – two chain gears (elementary chain), friction clutch with mediate spring, joint extensible spindle (telescopic), eccentric (cranked), pitman.

Driving equipment

• is compact of two vaned wheels, each of five driving blades which are placed on perimeter of driving wheel.

Mowing mechanism

• is compact of baaring bugle, conduit, vertical and horizontal digital mowing plinth, inclinable mechanism for cutting of bevel flat (watersides).

Wind

• is destinated for sewing and raising of mowing mechanism. It consist of hand wheel, winding drum, twist and guiding shivers.

Seat

• cushioning, adjustable to place, with regulation according to weight of tender – mechanic (50 – 120 kg).

Driving and operating mechanism

• Driving mechanism – consist of driving wheel, funicular operating of steering equipment, guiding shivers, tabular helms (2 parts), parallelogram mechanism which connects two boards of helm.

• Operating mechanism – consists of clutch pedal, level, guys, funicular conduit, gear of řazení hand gear lever, pulls, lever mechanism.

Covers

• Semicircular close covers of vaned wheel, safeguarding cover of mowing mechanism, covers of mowing plinths, covers of chain gearing, cover of gearbox and motor.

Handrail

• Placed on right front part of boat, piped. It debars falling of mowed growth to boat. It is used first by cutting of high growth (reed).
